Each step waits for your OK. Nothing is billed until you’ve seen your homepage and agreed to a fixed price in writing.
A free homepage mockup
Send us your current site, or reply to our email. We design a new homepage for your business on your real content and email it to you. It costs nothing, and you don’t owe us a reply.

Tell us what to change. We send a one-page proposal: the pages, the timeline and a fixed price, in writing. Reply “I agree,” choose how you pay, and fill in a short onboarding form.

We build it
Every page designed and written with you, phone-first, with the Google basics in place. You review your homepage at the end of week one and the whole site before launch, all by email.

Your current site stays up until you approve the new one. Then we point your domain to it and check every page live. Your domain stays in your name the whole time.

Ownership
You own every file.
Your domain, content and code are yours, in the contract. If you ever leave, we hand everything over. No multi-year contract, no exit fee.
03 Questions
Fair questions.
Do we need to get on a call?
No. Everything can happen by email: your free homepage mockup, a one-page proposal with a fixed price, your OK and a payment link. If you’d like a 15-minute call, we’re glad to.
What does the free mockup commit me to?
Nothing. We design your homepage and email it to you. If you’d rather not go further, just say so, or don’t reply. We won’t chase you.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages you need, so we quote a fixed price in writing after your free mockup. The price doesn’t change once you’ve agreed to it, and you choose how to pay: half now and half at launch, all up front, or monthly.
How long does it take?
About two to three weeks from the day we have your content and photos. The timeline pauses while we wait on content or approvals, and your current site stays up until the new one is live.
What do you need from me?
About 30 minutes: a short questionnaire, your logo, photos of your work, your list of services, and access to your Google Business Profile, so we can check it against our checklist and add its numbers to your reports.
Do we own the site?
Yes, in writing: your domain, your content and every file of code. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
Do I have to sign up for a care plan?
No. The care plan is optional. If you’d rather host the site yourself, we hand over every file once the build is paid for.
Can you guarantee a #1 spot on Google?
No, and nobody honest can. Google decides rankings. We build every site with the groundwork Google looks for: clear page titles, your business details in the format Google reads, and a checklist for your Google profile.
