01 The job
What a builder’s site has to do
Buyers and general contractors judge you by your finished work and how easy you are to reach. The site should make both obvious.
Show the work
Project galleries organized the way buyers think, by type, size or area, each with your own photos and a short story of the job.
Turn interest into a quote request
A quote or consultation form that asks the useful questions up front (project type, location, timing, budget range), so your first call starts in the right place.
Explain how you build
Your process from first meeting to handover, with what the client decides at each step. It answers the questions that slow down early calls.
Make clear where you work
A service area that names the counties and towns you build in, with pages for the ones that matter most to you.
Show you’re qualified
Licenses, insurance, warranties, safety programs and trade memberships, placed where buyers and general contractors look for them. Only what is true and current.
02 How we work
See it first. Decide after.
You see your new homepage before you spend anything. Everything else happens by email, at your pace.
A free homepage mockup
Send us your current site. We design your new homepage on your real content and email it to you. No charge, and no obligation to go further.
By email, calls optional
A one-page proposal with a fixed price, in writing. Questions answered by email; a 15-minute call only if you want one.
Built in two to three weeks
Once we have your content and photos: every page designed, written with you, tested on phones and checked for accessibility before launch.
You own every file
Your domain, content and code are yours, in the contract. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
03 Paying
Choose how you pay.
Your price is fixed and quoted in writing after your free mockup. How you pay it is up to you.
Half now, half at launch
Half when you approve the proposal, the rest when your site goes live.
All up front
One payment when you approve the proposal. Nothing is due at launch.
Monthly
Spread the build over monthly payments. The site launches on schedule, and every file is yours with the last payment.
A monthly care plan for hosting, updates and edits is available after launch.
04 Getting found
Local search basics, included.
Every site launches with the groundwork Google needs to understand who you are, what you do and where.
Business markup
Structured data that tells Google your business name, location, hours, phone and services, in the format it reads.
Titles and descriptions
A unique title and description for every page, written for the words your customers actually search.
Google Business Profile guidance
A checklist for your free Google listing: categories, services, photos, hours, and how to ask customers for reviews honestly.
Project and area pages
Each featured project and each main town you build in can have its own page, which gives search engines and buyers something specific to find.
We never promise a #1 ranking. Google decides rankings; we do the groundwork.
05 Questions
Fair questions.
Our project photos aren’t great. Can you still help?
Yes. Your own photos work best, even from a phone; we select, crop and color-correct them. For a larger build we can plan a shoot. We never present stock photos as your projects.
Can one site serve both homeowners and general contractors?
Yes. We give each audience its own path, so a homeowner and a general contractor each find what they need without wading through the other’s.
Can people request a quote on the site?
Yes. The form sends to your inbox and you choose the questions. Adding a budget range and timeline helps you sort requests quickly.
Can we add new projects ourselves?
Send us photos and a few lines and we add the project under the monthly care plan. If you’d rather do it yourself, we can add a simple editor.
Do you work with architects and specialty contractors?
Yes. The concept designs on this page, made for fictional firms, include a steel fabricator and an architect. Any firm that wins work on the strength of its portfolio is a good fit.
Do we need to get on a call?
No. Everything can happen by email: your free homepage mockup, a one-page proposal with a fixed price, your OK and a payment link. If you’d like a 15-minute call, we’re glad to.
Do we own the site?
Yes, in writing: your domain, your content and every file of code. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
