01 The job
What a dental site has to do
Before calling, a new patient looks for a few things first.
Book the visit
Online booking through the scheduler you already use, plus a short request form for anyone who would rather not pick a time. A call button on every screen for patients who want to talk.
Paperwork before the chair
New-patient forms linked from every page, through your practice software or intake provider, so health information stays in a system built to hold it.
Answer the insurance question
Which plans you are in network with, what you offer patients without insurance, and any in-house membership plan, stated plainly near the top.
A page for every treatment
Implants, clear aligners, whitening, sedation, a child’s first visit: each gets its own page in plain words, using the terms patients search for.
Your real team and office
Your dentists, hygienists and rooms in your own photos. We never present stock people as your staff or invent before-and-after results.
02 How we work
See it first. Decide after.
You see your new homepage before you spend anything. Everything else happens by email, at your pace.
A free homepage mockup
Send us your current site. We design your new homepage on your real content and email it to you. No charge, and no obligation to go further.
By email, calls optional
A one-page proposal with a fixed price, in writing. Questions answered by email; a 15-minute call only if you want one.
Built in two to three weeks
Once we have your content and photos: every page designed, written with you, tested on phones and checked for accessibility before launch.
You own every file
Your domain, content and code are yours, in the contract. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
03 Paying
Choose how you pay.
Your price is fixed and quoted in writing after your free mockup. How you pay it is up to you.
Half now, half at launch
Half when you approve the proposal, the rest when your site goes live.
All up front
One payment when you approve the proposal. Nothing is due at launch.
Monthly
Spread the build over monthly payments. The site launches on schedule, and every file is yours with the last payment.
A monthly care plan for hosting, updates and edits is available after launch.
04 Getting found
Local search basics, included.
Every site launches with the groundwork Google needs to understand who you are, what you do and where.
Business markup
Structured data that tells Google your business name, location, hours, phone and services, in the format it reads.
Titles and descriptions
A unique title and description for every page, written for the words your customers actually search.
Google Business Profile guidance
A checklist for your free Google listing: categories, services, photos, hours, and how to ask customers for reviews honestly.
Treatment pages people search for
Pages written for what patients type, like “emergency dentist”, “kids dentist” or “clear aligners”, each with its own title and description.
We never promise a #1 ranking. Google decides rankings; we do the groundwork.
05 Questions
Fair questions.
Can patients book online?
Yes. We connect the online scheduler you already use, or add a short request form (name, phone, preferred time) that goes to your front desk. Either way, there is a call button on every screen.
What about new-patient forms and patient privacy?
We link or embed the secure forms from your practice software or patient-intake provider, so health information stays in a system built for it. We don’t collect health history in a plain website form.
Do you work with orthodontists and pediatric dentists?
Yes. A pediatric site speaks to parents first; an orthodontic site explains treatment options, timelines and the first consult. The concept designs on this page, made for fictional practices, include both.
Can the site show our insurance plans?
Yes, in plain language near the top, along with what you offer patients without insurance and any in-house membership plan.
Will our reviews show up?
We can link to your Google reviews or show selected real reviews as they were written, with your patients’ permission. We never write or edit reviews.
Do we need to get on a call?
No. Everything can happen by email: your free homepage mockup, a one-page proposal with a fixed price, your OK and a payment link. If you’d like a 15-minute call, we’re glad to.
Do we own the site?
Yes, in writing: your domain, your content and every file of code. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
