01 The job

What a law firm’s site has to do

People often look for a lawyer at a hard moment. The site should answer their first questions calmly and show the next step.

  • Make the consultation easy to ask for

A consultation request on every page, with a short form that asks only what you need to check conflicts and call back.

  • A page for each practice area

Estate planning, probate, divorce, mediation, business formation: each area gets a page in plain English, using the terms clients search for.

  • Explain what happens next

What the first meeting covers, what to bring, and how your fees work in general terms: flat, hourly or contingency.

  • Introduce the attorneys

Real bios with bar admissions, education and the work each lawyer does, in your own photos.

  • Room for the required notices

Space for the disclaimers and advertising notices your state bar requires, built into the template so they appear wherever needed. You approve every line.

02 How we work

See it first. Decide after.

You see your new homepage before you spend anything. Everything else happens by email, at your pace.

  1. A free homepage mockup

    First

Send us your current site. We design your new homepage on your real content and email it to you. No charge, and no obligation to go further.

  2. By email, calls optional

    Then

A one-page proposal with a fixed price, in writing. Questions answered by email; a 15-minute call only if you want one.

  3. Built in two to three weeks

    About

Once we have your content and photos: every page designed, written with you, tested on phones and checked for accessibility before launch.

  4. You own every file

    At launch

Your domain, content and code are yours, in the contract. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.

The whole process, step by step

03 Paying

Choose how you pay.

Your price is fixed and quoted in writing after your free mockup. How you pay it is up to you.

Three ways to payFixed price, quoted in writing
  • Half now, half at launch

Half when you approve the proposal, the rest when your site goes live.

  • All up front

One payment when you approve the proposal. Nothing is due at launch.

  • Monthly

Spread the build over monthly payments. The site launches on schedule, and every file is yours with the last payment.

A monthly care plan for hosting, updates and edits is available after launch.

04 Getting found

Local search basics, included.

Every site launches with the groundwork Google needs to understand who you are, what you do and where.

  • Business markup

Structured data that tells Google your business name, location, hours, phone and services, in the format it reads.

  • Titles and descriptions

A unique title and description for every page, written for the words your customers actually search.

  • Google Business Profile guidance

A checklist for your free Google listing: categories, services, photos, hours, and how to ask customers for reviews honestly.

  • Practice area pages

One page per practice area and main city, each with a title written for what clients type, like “estate planning attorney” or “divorce mediation”.

We never promise a #1 ranking. Google decides rankings; we do the groundwork.

05 Questions

Fair questions.

Can potential clients book a consultation online?

Yes. A calendar link from the scheduling tool you use, or a short request form that goes to your intake inbox.

Can you write the practice area pages?

Yes. We draft them in plain English from a short questionnaire, and you review every line before launch, since you know the law and your state’s rules.

Do you work with solo attorneys and mediators?

Yes. The concept designs on this page, made for fictional businesses, include an estate planning practice and a family mediation office.

What about confidentiality on the contact form?

The form asks only for the basics and carries a note not to send confidential details before you have agreed to represent someone. The site runs on HTTPS.

Can you show reviews or case results?

Only real ones you approve, with any disclaimer your state requires. We never write testimonials or invent results.

Do we need to get on a call?

No. Everything can happen by email: your free homepage mockup, a one-page proposal with a fixed price, your OK and a payment link. If you’d like a 15-minute call, we’re glad to.

Do we own the site?

Yes, in writing: your domain, your content and every file of code. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
